ARCADIAN

“We shed as we pick up, like travelers who must carry everything in their arms, and what we let fall will be picked up by those behind. The procession is very long and life is very short. We die on the march. but there is nothing outside the march so nothing can be lost to it.”
~Tom Stoppard

Arcadian speaks to a simple, quiet, life. From the Pacific Northwest to the Mediterranean and beyond, one can find themselves paradoxically lonely on this extremely populated rock. The ideal rural paradise is unifying, and proof that despite invisible borders, cultural diets, and miles between us, we are all kindred spirits in the pursuit of an Arcadian existence.
